Postmi — Smart Social Auto Sharing

By creating a Postmi account or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for any activity that occurs under your account, including automation rules you configure.

Facebook API Compliance

Postmi connects to Facebook exclusively through the official Meta Graph API and Facebook Login. We do not use, and will never use, web scraping or browser automation to access Facebook data. You agree to use Postmi's Facebook features in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Rights to Connect and Manage Pages

You must have the legal right and appropriate role/permissions on any Facebook Page you connect to Postmi. You may not connect a Page you are not authorized to manage, and you are responsible for ensuring any content shared through Postmi complies with Facebook's policies and applicable law.

No Scraping

Postmi does not scrape Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform. All data access happens through official, authorized API calls using tokens you have explicitly granted via Facebook Login.

Subscription Terms

Postmi is offered under subscription plans with defined limits (connected Pages, source Pages, automation rules, and monthly posts). Subscription activation currently requires manual review and approval by our team. Plan limits are enforced within the product; exceeding them will require upgrading your plan.

Limitations

Postmi is provided on an evolving basis. Some features described in our documentation (such as automated Page-to-Page post sharing) depend on Meta App Review approval and may not be available immediately. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms (including Facebook) that Postmi integrates with.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or violate Meta's policies. You may stop using Postmi and request account/data deletion at any time.

Disclaimer

Postmi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for actions taken by Facebook/Meta (such as permission revocation, API changes, or Page restrictions) that affect your use of the platform.
