Postmi — Smart Social Auto Sharing

You can request deletion of your Postmi account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Postmi account to privacy@postmi.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email and company name so we can locate your records.

What Gets Deleted

• Your user account (name, email, phone, password)
• Your company profile
• Connected Facebook account and Page records, including encrypted access tokens
• Facebook App configuration you added for your company
• Automation rules you created
• Subscription and activation request history

Operational logs that do not identify you personally (e.g. aggregate system job logs) may be retained for platform maintenance purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 14 business days of verifying your request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Facebook Data Deletion Callback

Once Postmi's Meta App is approved for Page permissions, we will implement Facebook's Data Deletion Request Callback so that users who remove Postmi from their Facebook App settings automatically trigger deletion of their connected Facebook data on our side, per Meta's Platform Terms. This endpoint is planned for a future milestone and is not active yet.
